- Lucero We sillyass humans are always searching for our identities. Many of us start off searching at the place we are born into and go on elsewhere, searching for what we want to be. Some of us bond to things that makes us feel like we have a purpose ie. sports, politics, heritage, family, social groups, etc... In that search, sometimes we get lost and wind up right back where we started, only to find that the place we ran away from was where we belonged all along. A group of boys from Memphis travelled a long way away from their roots only to come back and find themselves in a band called Lucero. Here's their story.
- Mastodon Brent Hindis, Mastodon guitarist, once threw a birthday cake on a $100,000 soundboard at the House of Blues in New Orleans. We caught up with him, and the rest of Mastodon, with hopes of capturing a few minutes of Mastodon's mayhem and 100,000 mph wall of sound.
- Ted Leo Ted Leo has two voices. The first carries the tunes to his outstanding body of rock music. The second he uses to speak out against issues of inequality. TVM gives you the best of both as Ted Leo plays NYC and talks politics and music with our crack staff of interviewers.
- Propagandhi Propagandhi talks the talk and walks the walk. Fuck major labels, fuck apathy; fuck bullshit filled, self fulfilling politicians with hollow, self serving agends. That sounded pretty mad, right? Well, you'd be mad to if you had to live in cold-ass Canada,
- Tim Barry Tim Barry loves Dixie. TVM travels to "The Land of Cotton" where Tim takes us on a tour of Richmond cemetaries, takes a dip in The James, shows us where he rides the trains and records some tracks with Josh Small.
- Big Business Jared Warren is a big dude. Watching him crowd surf at Emos, while playing a Casio Keyboard made me realize that anything is possible in rock-n-roll.
- TVM tours We do dumb shit on a daily basis. Thank god we have cameras to capture it.
- David Hayes David Hayes was at the start of everything East Bay Punk: Lookout Records, Maximum R&R, Very Small, Gilman Street Project, you name it. He toured with Op-Ivy for christ's sake!!! This guy deserves your respect. Check It!!
